Lamar Odom's return to competitive basketball has been halted.The BIG3 "deactivated" Odom on Wednesday as part of an extensive on- and off-court shakeup within the Phil Hughes Jersey 3-on-3 league.MORE: "Such changes are being implemented to maximize competition, protect the health of C.
